At HairWigWala, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India as per government guidelines. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse through trusted courier partners.

Domestic Orders (Within India)
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the purchase date.
Curly texture products may take 7–9 business days to deliver.
Dispatch may be delayed if the address/pin code/phone number is incorrect, if the pin code is unserviceable, or if additional time is needed for shade/color matching.
Note: During festivals, political events, adverse weather, or natural calamities, delivery timelines may extend. We will keep you updated in such cases.
International Orders (Outside India)
No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders.
Delivery charges are applicable on all international orders.
Orders may take up to 20 working days for delivery.
HairWigWala is not responsible if delivery is received by an alternative person.
Shipping Charges
Free delivery on all domestic orders above ₹499/-.
Standard delivery charges apply on international orders.
Damages or Shortages
Any claim for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortages or damages in transit.
